Are your flowers real or fresh flowers?

We only use artificial flowers and foliage

How long will it take to receive my flowers?

Each item is handmade and the dispatch time is shown on each listing.  If you need your flowers more urgently please contact us before purchasing to make sure we can meet your needs, or you can take advantage of our express service.

We offer Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service which takes 2 to 3 working days to deliver or Interlink next working day delivery.

How do I store my flowers?

Your flowers need to be stored in a dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.

Do I need to create an account on your website to buy from Flower Creatives?

No.

Can I pay by cheque (I don’t have a credit or debit card so I can't pay online)?

Yes please contact us directy to make arrangements.

Can you create flower arrangements for me that use real flowers?

No, we only use artificial flowers.
