Deliveries

Each item is hand-made. Please see the listing for expected dispatch times.

Our orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, or with Interlink next working day tracked service that needs a signature on delivery.  Please select which postage option you would prefer

Please note: if you require your order in a hurry, you should contact us by email or telephone before purchasing to see if we are able to meet your deadline.

 

RETURNS POLICY:

We accept returns under the following conditions (please make sure you read them fully):

  1. 1.) You must notify us on the day you receive the item that you are sending it back.
  2. 2.) We must receive the returned parcel within 30 days from the date you originally received it
  3. 3.) You must used ‘signed for’ registered post as we do not accept responsibility for any parcel sent any other way
  4. 4.) All items must be unused, clean and packaged in the way you received them
  5. 5.) We will always pay a full refund for items that arrive damaged in the post or if we’ve made a mistake with your order that cannot be easily rectified We do not refund or pay for return postage on items that are unwanted, unliked or if you decide to change your colour scheme.
